JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 10-07-2013 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 24.08.2012 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 120B, 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 332, 333, 353, 379, 427, 504 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that when the police force went to disperse the criminals who captured the land of a person then mob of 43 named and 200-250 unknown attacked on the police force and tried to snatch the arms of the police. The petitioner was named in the First Information Report.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is against the mob and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, a statement to that effect has been made in para 12 of the petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
