The petitioner is languishing in custody since 16.02.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 379, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that when the informant saw the accused persons uprooting the crop then Sadan Yadav caused firearm injury on the right hand of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation of firing is not against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Adhoc Additional Sessions
