The petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.06.2012 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 386 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of demanding extortion. A statement has been made in para 12 that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 178 of 2012.
