The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in
a case registered for the offences punishable under
Sections 414, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian
Penal Code.
One truck loaded with black stones, having
two registration numbers one in front and other in
back side of the vehicle, was intercepted.
It is submitted that the petitioner is not
connected with stones in question when the
petitioner is owner of the truck and in support of
that documents have been brought on record contained
in Annexures-2 series. It is further submitted that
admittedly the petitioner was not present in the
said truck when it was intercepted and if the driver
put two registration numbers at the time of
interception it was the driver who was responsible
for the same.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the
event of arrest or surrender before the learned
court below within a period of twelve weeks from
today in connection with Nayaram Nagar P.S. Case No.
65 of 2012 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-
(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.
Munger, subject to the conditions as laid down under
Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
