The accusation is of removing the construction material from the land of the petitioner and snatching Rs. 1500/- on pistol point.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that series of civil litigations are going on between the parties when no injury has been caused to anyone. A statement has been made in para 9 of the petition that the petitioners are not involved in any criminal case.
