2	07-05-2013 Petitioners being owner and driver of one of the
	tankers are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for
	the offences punishable under Sections 379, 406, 411/34 of
	the I.P.C. and 47(a) of the Excise Act.
	It is alleged that two tankers loaded with spirits were found parked when some people were draining out the spirit resulted into seizure of the tankers filled with spirit along with drained spirit.
	It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that spirits were being transported from Chandigarh to Kolkatta on valid purchase when the excise duty were paid.
	The tankers have also valid registration and permit with up-to-
	date paid road taxes.

petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Gaya in Amas P.S. Case No. 07 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
