	The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered

The accusation is of demand of extortion and taking gold chain and laptop.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a student when the petitioner’s side also lodged a case against the informant at earlier point of time. A statement has been made in para 13 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
