The accusation is that the petitioners being the petty wood vendors were using the domestic gas cylinders for the commercial purposes.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and statement to that effect has been made in para 13 of the petition.
Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned
