Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 386, 504, 506, 34 of the I.P.C. and 3(i)(x) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is alleged by the informant being Assistant Teacher that when he was distributing the dress to the children then he was assaulted, abused by calling caste named and extortion demand of Rs. 5000/- was also made when accused persons snatched Rs. 1000/- It is alleged against the petitioner that being Headmaster, at his instance the accusation has been made.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no specific accusation against the petitioner and the accusation has been levelled since the petitioner has earlier complaint against the informant before

the Block Education Officer.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar(SC & ST) P.S. Case No. 04 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Sections 438(2) of the Cr. PC
