No doubt, there is allegation against the petitioner that he gave Fattha blow on the head of the deceased, which became fatal to the deceased but considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as above-said observation, let the petitioner namely, Bhola Thakur be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
