Considering the nature of the allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as statement of the injured recorded in course of investigation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sessions case no. 372/2012 arising out of Beldour P.S. Case no. 32/2012 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge I, Khagaria is, again, rejected.
However, the learned trial court should expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
