No. 17581 of 2012 and, accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner, in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 11 of 2012 pending in the court of Special Judge-cumVIIIth Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari is, again, rejected.
