Taking into consideration that the petitioner is said to have opened fire on the deceased along with co-accused Dhudhnath Ray and evaded his arrest near about seven years, I am again not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions trial no. 359/2012 arising out of Chapra Town P.S. Case no. 153/2005 pending in the court of Adhoc. Addl. Sessions Judge IV, Saran at Chapra is rejected.
However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
