| The petitioners seek bail in Naubatpur P.S. case No.188 | |
| of 2012 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, | |
| 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Considering that the Petitioners fired at the informant, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. Prayer for bail is rejected. |
However, considering the genesis of the occurrence the Petitioners are at liberty to renew their prayer for bail after framing of charge provided their case is not bifurcated for purposes of commitment/charge.
