2 17-04-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in Dehri P.S. case No.223 of
2009 (S.T. No.40 of 2010) instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26(2) of the Arms Act as well as 17 of C.L.A. Act and ¾ of the Explosive Substance Act.
The Petitioner was refused bail earlier on three occasions.
The Petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail since despite examination of all the witnesses the prosecution case is not being closed. If it is so, the Trial Court will ensure that the same is done and trial is concluded within the earliest possible time.
Considering the stage, I am not inclined to review the
earlier order refusing bail to the petitioner.
Prayer for bail is once again rejected.
