Petitioner is a P.D.S. dealer, whose licence no.71/2007 has been cancelled by the licensing authority i.e. Sub-divisional Officer, Gaya under Memo No.166 dated 31.01.2012, Annexure-3, which is appealable before the Collector, Gaya. Petitioner should file appeal assailing the order dated 31.01.2012, Annexure-3 within 30 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. In the event, such appeal is filed, Collector, Gaya shall not only condone the delay in filing the appeal but also dispose of the same as early as possible, in any case within 60 days from the date of receipt of the memo of appeal annexing a copy of this order before the Collector, Gaya.
