include 84 posts which are disputed and in respect of which the petitioners claim entitlement, which is contrary to the guidelines contains in the letter dated 9.7.2012 issued by the Education Department (Annexure-4), paragraph ((iii) whereof clearly states that the disputed posts are to be kept out of the selection process.
Considering the facts of this case, the writ petition is being disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure that the letter dated 9.7.2012 issued by the Education Department (Annexure-4) is given due effect to and no appointment should be made against the disputed posts, if any such posts are included in the 94 posts against which the selection process has been initiated.
With the above observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
