2. In view of the admitted pendency of revision application of the petitioner before the Department of Registration, Excise and Prohibition, Govt. of Bihar, Patna in the matter of punishment awarded to the petitioner as affirmed in appeal, this Court does not deem it appropriate to interfere in the matter at this Stage.
3. As the matter is already pending in revision, it is expected that the same will be disposed of without undue delay after considering all the materials on record, in accordance with law, and in any event preferably within a period of 3 months hereof, if possible, as also the

matter of evaluation of punishment as raised by the
petitioner.
4. It is made clear that this Court is not expressed any view on merits of the matter and the revision application should be disposed of on its own merits.
5. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
