2 02-11-2012 Heard the parties. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved as her services on the post of Anganwari Sevika have been dispensed with on the ground that the petitioner belongs to some other ward.

Admittedly, remedy by way of an appeal before the Divisional Commissioner is available to the petitioner which has not been availed of and the petitioner has been rushed to this Court at the first instance.

In the above view of the matter this writ petition is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the order impugned herein. If any such appeal is filed within a period of two weeks any delay in the matter may be
