The petitioner is aggrieved by the selection procedure adopted by the employment agency of Gram Panchayat, Barorah (Gaya) and for the quashing of the selection of respondent No.8 on the post of Panchayat Teacher.

This Court is not inclined to enter into the matter in view of remedy by way of appeal available to the petitioner, which has not been availed of.
