The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the authorities to include her name in the final merit list under B.C. category and for her appointment on the post of Sub-Inspector of Police. Learned counsel for the petitioner invites attention to the representation in her behalf filed before the Chairman, Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna, which however still pending.

3. This Court is of the view that this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Secretary, Bihar
