This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for directing the respondents to make payment of revised arrear of salary from 01.04.1997 till the date of her husband i.e. 15.09.1997.

The claim of the petitioner is that her husband was working on the post of Accountant-cum-Assistant in the Gaya Zila Parishad and he died in harness on 15.09.1997, but since then the petitioner has been harassed for legally payable dues of salary etc. of her husband, although she had filed several

applications before the authorities concerned, lastly being dated 28.06.2012 (Annexure-2).

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Deputy Development Commissionercum-Chief Executive Officer, Gaya Zila Parishad (respondent no.3) along with a copy of this order and if such an application is filed by the petitioner within 15 days from today, the said authority shall consider the same in accordance with law and shall decide it by a speaking order within two months thereafter and if she is found to be entitled for any payment, it should be paid to her immediately thereafter.
