The claim of the petitioner is that he is working as ECAW in the Bihar State Electricity Board (hereinafter referred to as `the Board’ for the sake of brevity) and has not been paid his back wages from September, 2008 to December, 2010 and hence the petitioner is entitled to the said amount with interest.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case if there is such due it has to be paid to the petitioner. Accordingly,

the petitioner is directed to file an application giving details of his claim along with a copy of this order before the Secretary of the Board, along with a copy of this order within fifteen days from today. If such an application is filed by the petitioner, the said authority shall decide the same and take appropriate steps in that regard within two months thereafter.

This writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
