This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners

for direction to respondents authorities to pay the arrears of salary with effect from 15.12.1995 with all emoluments and interest as well as the current salary to the petitioners as petitioner nos.2 and 3 were appointed on 21.12.1977 and 22.03.1979 respectively after following due procedure against

the sanctioned unit and further direction to the respondents

authorities to grant approval of the format of advertisement dated 21.12.2007, which is pending before the Bihar Sanskrit Education Board, Patna.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of this case, it transpires that several similar matters had come before this court and they were remitted to the Chairman of the Board as per the specific provisions of law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to file a detailed application raising all their grievances before the Chairman of the Board. If such an application is filed by the petitioners along with a copy of this order within 15 days from today, the said authority shall consider the same in accordance with law and shall decide it by a speaking order within three months thereafter.
