2 16-07-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for directing the respondents to pay the due payment of bills relating to transporting and handling worth of Rs.5,69,133.82.00+ Rs.70,000.00 of district Madhubani and to pay the arrear of dues along with compound interest @18% till date of full and final payment. It was also sought to give other legal and consequential benefit attached to the post.

filed an application dated 16.05.2011(Annexure 3) before the District Manager, Bihar State Food & Civil Suppliers Corporation, Madhubani (respondent no.3) with respect to his aforesaid grievance, but although more than a year has lapsed, no step has been taken by the said authority.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the said authority with a detailed application along with a copy of this order. If such an application is filed within fifteen days from today, the said authority shall consider the same in accordance with law and shall decide it by a speaking order within two months thereafter and, if any amount is found admitted and payable, it should be immediately paid to the petitioner.
