No.7396 of 2005’, but it has been typed in the aforesaid two orders
as ‘CWJC No.7396 of 2011’. Similarly, the parties to this case is ‘Nirmala Suhasini Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors’, but in the aforesaid two orders it has wrongly been typed as ‘ Sushil Kumar Yadav @ Sushil Kumar Suman & Anr Versus The State of Bihar
& Ors’.
In the said circumstances, let both the aforesaid orders
be modified accordingly.
