JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 2 03-10-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that petitioner was caught with stolen chain and he carries criminal antecedent of three cases, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 111 of 2012 pending in the court of Smt. Reshma Verma, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna is, hereby, rejected, at least, at this stage. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It is made clear that if the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within the above stated period, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
