Admittedly, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased and petitioners have been made accused in this case only on the basis that prior to alleged occurrence an altercation had taken place between deceased and the petitioners and except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioners.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, Saran in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2012.
