Petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt-act has been attributed against him and it was co-accused, Balwant Yadav who demanded extortion money and made firing. So far as criminal antecedent of petitioner is concerned, it is informed that prior to institution of this case only one case had been registered against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-V, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Sessions Trial No. 304/126 of 2012 arising out of Adhoura P.S.
