3 01-10-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as
learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Taking into consideration that neither petitioner was
arrested at the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious
possession and the name of this petitioner came in confessional
statements of co-accused who were apprehended at the spot, let
the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Sitamarhi in
connection with Sessions Trial No. 14 of 2012 arising out of
Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 586 of 2009.
