		The petitioner has been arrested in connection with
		Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2010, registered under Sections 341, 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
		There is allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted by Garasha on the chest of Kamlesh Giri, the informant. However, injury report suggests that injury is simple in nature. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2010.
