This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 365, 366 and 376 of the Penal Code. From the order of the Session's Judge, it appears that seven witnesses have been examined in this case and only the evidence of the doctor and investigation officer is required to be taken. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The prayer for bail is rejected . However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial for early disposal, preferably within six months.
