The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 346 of 2011, registered under Sections 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that petitioner fired from his pistol to the husband of the informant which caused injury on the right scrotum to the husband of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though, injury on scrotum has been found but the injury has been stated to be caused by hard blunt substance and is simple in nature.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. Barh, in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 346 of 2011.
