This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.
There is a case and counter case. The occurrence took place with regard to irrigation of land. The allegation of assault is by lathi and the cause of death is due to septicemia toxemia and shock.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 09.12.2011.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Ad hoc 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Supaul in connection with S. Trial No. 106 of 2012 (arising out of Marauna P. S. Case No. 72 of 2011.
