The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case in which cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the marriage of the complainant was fixed with the petitioner when cash Rs. 1,21,000/-, Jewellery and other articles were given. It is further alleged that on promise of marriage, physical relationship was established. The notices were issued to opposite party no.2 on 27.06.2012 but in spite of valid service of notice, none appears on behalf of opposite party no.2.
