Heard Mr.K.A.Guru, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S. Nayak, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction for disbursement of the awarded amount under Annexure-3 within a stipulated time.

Mr. K.A. Guru, learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that since the Writ Petition was filed in the year 2014 and in the meantime more than eight years have been passed, he has no instruction what is the further development taken place in the matter.

Mr. S. Nayak, learned Addl. Standing Counsel states that he has received instructions dated 07.02.2015, wherein it has been stated that the Petitioner had filed L.R. Case No.299/2013 before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sundargarh, which has been disposed of on 06.12.2014 on the basis of the compromise

petition filed by Rohit Sahu, Iswara Pruseth and Judhistir Pruseth and steps have been taken for disbursement of the amount.

Consideration the instructions received by learned Addl. Standing Counsel, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition in terms of the compromise petition filed in L.R. Case No. 299/2013, which has been disposed of on 06.12.2014 by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sundargarh.

Issue urgent certified copy as per the Rules.
