6 23.2.2021. Heard Mr. G.N.Das, learned counsel , on behalf of Mr. Samvit Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. It is borne out from the record as well as the instructions received by the learned Addl. Government Advocate that in the mean time the victim girl has already been rescued and her statement has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. on 6th May, 2015. She has been given a zima to her mother.
So, the WPRCL has become infructuous and disposed of as such.
