4 22.2.2021. Mr. Dibyajyoti Sahoo, learned counsel for the appellant, submits that the appellant does not want to pursue the appeal as in the mean time learned Judge, Family Court has granted a decree of divorce. Mr. Sahoo has filed a Memo to that effect in Court today to withdraw the appeal. The Memo be kept on record.
The MATA is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn.
