13 23.2.2021. Mr. Samarendra Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner is not in touch with him and in all probabilities the application has become infructuous.
Mr. M.S. Sahoo, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State, submits that as per instructions received from the I.I.C., Marsaghai, the victim girl has been rescued on 21.8.2014 from the S.C.B. Medical College and Hospital, Cuttack. The accused was also apprehended. The written instructions submitted by the learned Addl. Standing Counsel, received from the I.I.C., Marsaghai dated 22.8.2014, be kept on record.
Accordingly, the WPRCL has become infructuous and disposed of as such.
