Second copy of the brief has not been filed as
directed by us on the last listing. Moreover, we are of the opinion that the writ application is sans any merit. The alleged victim girl is aged about 20 years. The petitioner has no relationship with her. The victim girl alleged that she has been detained by her parents. From paragraph 5 of the WPCRL, it is clear that the victim girl is a major.
So, we are not inclined to entertain the writ application.
Hence, the WPCRL is dismissed.
