Heard Mr. B. Pasayat, learned counsel for the petitioners.
The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.3 to take necessary steps for allotment of vending Zone in place of Netaji Subash Chandra Bose Market, Darghabazar, Cuttack in favour of the petitioners within a stipulated period.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioners have made representation to the authority vide Annexure-4 and direction be given to the authority to consider and dispose of the same.
In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioners, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-4 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified/authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner.
