Dr. Santanu Sengupta Vs State of Odisha

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties to take the action on the representation of the petitioner dated 12.12.2019 taking into account the illegality and discrepancies committed by the authorities in approving the syllabus in the subject of Electrodynamics of 8^th Semester M.Sc. Physics within a time stipulated by this Court.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-4 and direction be given to the said opposite party to consider and dispose of the same.

In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.2 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-4 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified/ authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner.
