The petitioner has filed this application alleging noncompliance of the order dated 11.06.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.13619 of 2020, by which this Court directed opposite party no.3 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner as at Annexure-5 series therein within a period of three months.
In compliance of the aforesaid order, compliance affidavit has been filed by Chief District Medical and Public Health Officer, Ganjam, wherein it has been stated that the order of this Court has already been complied with. In such view of the matter, the contempt proceeding is hereby dropped. However, if the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the order passed by the authority, he is at liberty to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
