CRLMP No.45 of 2021
- 23.2.2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel through video conferencing mode.
On instruction, Ms. Mishra submits that in the meantime on completion of investigation, Final Report No.118 dated 31.12.2020 has been filed before the jurisdictional court. She also submits that the said report is going to be communicated to the petitioner within 10 (ten) days.
In such background, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file protest petition before the Jurisdictional Court.
Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file protest petition before the Jurisdictional Court. In case, such a petition is filed, the jurisdictional court is directed to proceed with the same in accordance with law.
The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
