Heard Mr. Chaini, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Mohapatra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel.
According to Mr. Chaini, the petitioner is aggrieved by constant harassment meted out to him and his wife by the police officials of the Tihidi Police Station in the district of Bhadrak. He further submits that though highlighting all his grievances, the petitioner has approached the Superintendent of Police, Bhadrak on 24.11.2020 by filing representation sent through Registered Post under Annexure-1 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that appropriate direction be issued to the Superintendent of Police, Bhadrak for redressal of his grievances.
Considering such submissions and without expressing any opinion either way, this Court directs the Superintendent of Police, Bhadrak (opposite party no.2) to consider the above noted representation in accordance with law and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
