Considering the submission made and grounds taken in this application, the prayer for impletion is allowed and the State of Odisha represented through its Secretary, Revenue and D.M. Department, Govt. of Odisha and Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Pallahara be impleaded as opposite party Nos.2 & 3 respectively in this petition. Office is directed to make necessary corrections in the cause title.

According to learned counsel for the petitioners, the only prayer of the petitioners in this case is for a direction to the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Pallahara for disposal of Criminal Misc. Case No.42 of 2017 pending before him within a stipulated time period.

Considering the submissions made and the innocuous nature of prayer, this application is disposed of with a direction to the learned SubDivisional Magistrate, Pallahara to make all endeavours to dispose of the above noted case in accordance with law without disturbing his/her board within a period of six months from today if there is no other impediment
