CRLMP No.409 of 2021
Heard Mr. Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Dhal, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate through video conferencing mode.
On instruction Mr. Dhal submits that the Investigating Officer requires 3(three) months time to complete the investigation.
Considering such submissions, the CRLMP is disposed of with a direction to the I.I.C., Kumbharapada Police Station (opposite party no.3) to complete the investigation in connection with Kumbharapada P.S. Case No.33 dated 25.02.2019 within a period of 3(three) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law. It is made clear that while completing the investigation, due regard should be given to the order dated 05.02.2019 passed by the learned SDJM, Puri in ICC Case No.17 of 2019.
Parties may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s Website or print out thereof at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25.03.2020 read with Notice No.4798 dated 15.04.2021.
