Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. S. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel.
On instruction, Ms. Mishra submits that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 05.01.2021 passed in CRLMP No.1586 of 2020, Balianta P.S. Case No.30 dated 30.01.2021 has already been registered under Sections 452/323/294/354/385/379/506/34 I.P.C. In such background, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to proceed further in the matter.
Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is dropped.
