Perused the report submitted by the Senior Superintendent, Circle Jail, Choudwar bearing No.7294 dated 09.07.2020. It is reported that the convict No.1892/ASambhu Pradhan, S/O: late Keshab Pradhan has been released pre-maturely on 08.07.2020 as per the prisoner’s Director memo No.10953 dated 08.07.2020. So, nobody is coming forward to argue the case on behalf of the appellantSambhu Pradhan.
