Perused the report submitted by the Inspector-InCharge, Kegaon Police Station. He has reported that the sole appellant Fakira Sahu, S/o. Late Chamaru Sahu of village Chapatkhanda, P.S. Kegaon, Dist.-Kalahandi has expired on 10.12.2013. None of his legal representative is coming forward to pursue the appeal. Hence, this appeal abates.
Accordingly, the CRLA is disposed of.
The L.C.R. be retuned back to the trial court forthwith.
As restrictions due to COVID-19 are continuing, learned counsel for both the parties may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25.03.2020.
